They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, along with the location was awesome, but it really's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain as well much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as had been the doors, the trim, much of the furniture, and so on.
